No. Upload a photo and we'll make a free, watermarked preview. You only pay if you love it.
What if it doesn't look like them?
We'll edit it free, as many times as needed, until it does. And if we still can't get it right, you get a full refund — that's our promise.
Will it look exactly like my photo?
It will look like your pet — same markings, same eyes, same age, same soul — rendered as fine art. A portrait is an artistic interpretation, not a photo filter: lighting, background, and brushwork are stylized. You approve a preview first and revisions are free, so nothing is final until you say so.
Is this AI?
Yes — each portrait is digitally created from your photo using our custom AI art process, then reviewed and refined by a human for warmth and dignity. We'll never make anything uncanny or disrespectful.
Can I order this as a gift for someone else?
Yes — it's one of the most meaningful gifts there is. Send us your favorite photo of their pet (with the family's permission to use it), and we'll email the preview to you so you can approve it before you share the surprise. Just add the pet's name in the form like normal.
Can I use a photo a photographer took?
Only with the photographer's permission. Professional photos are usually the photographer's copyright — even when it's your pet in the picture and you paid for the session. When you upload, you confirm you own the photo or have permission to use it.
What happens to my photo?
It's used only to create your portrait. We automatically strip location data, never sell or share it (except with our print partner, solely to print your order), never use it to train AI, never show it publicly without your written consent, and delete it within 90 days of your completed order — sooner if you ask.
How fast?
Digital previews are usually ready within hours; final digital files arrive within minutes after purchase and approval. Framed prints ship in about 3–7 days within the US.
When can I order the framed print?

What photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo where you can see their face and eyes. Older or slightly blurry photos are usually fine — send your favorite and we'll do our best.
Returns?
Because each piece is personalized, approved orders are final for style and taste — with unlimited free edits before you approve. Anything that arrives damaged, defective, or different from your approved preview is replaced or refunded, your choice.
