Everhound Studio respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect: your name, email address, and the photo(s) you upload, so we can create and deliver your portrait. Payments are processed securely by Shopify — we never see or store your full card details.

How we use it: to make your portrait, fulfill and ship your order, send your preview and order updates, and (only if you opt in) occasional email. We do not sell your personal information.

Advertising and analytics: we use advertising and analytics partners — including TikTok (via the TikTok pixel and events tools) and Shopify — to measure how our site is used and how our ads perform. These tools may collect information such as pages visited, actions taken (like requesting a preview or making a purchase), device and browser information, and hashed identifiers (like an email address) for ad measurement and matching. You can opt out of this sharing at any time via the "Your Privacy Choices" link in our footer, and you can control personalized advertising in your TikTok account settings.

Your photos: used solely to create your keepsake — never sold, never shared with third parties (except our print partner, solely to print your order), and never used to train AI models. We automatically remove location and device metadata (EXIF/GPS) from uploaded photos. Photos are kept for up to 90 days after your order completes so we can offer free revisions, then permanently deleted. Want it gone sooner? Email everhoundstudio@gmail.com and we'll remove it within 7 days.

Do Not Track: like most websites, we do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals. You can opt out of advertising-measurement sharing anytime via the "Your Privacy Choices" link in our footer.

Your choices: unsubscribe from email anytime; request access to or deletion of your data by emailing everhoundstudio@gmail.com.
