Every Everhound portrait is made to order, just for you. Because each piece is custom-made, items delivered as ordered aren't eligible for return or refund for style or taste preference — instead, we make it right. Here's exactly what that means:
Free preview first: you see a watermarked preview before you pay. No payment to look.
Before you approve: revisions are free and unlimited — we keep adjusting until it feels right, or we refund you in full if we can't get there.
After you approve your proof: your approved preview is the agreement, so approved orders are final for style and taste. But if anything arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the proof you approved, we will replace it or refund it — your choice.
Digital portraits: delivered minutes after approval and personalized to your pet, so they're non-refundable once the final file is sent — the unlimited-edit promise above always stands.
Framed prints: damaged or defective on arrival? Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace or refund it — your choice.
