Our products: personalized keepsake portraits created from the photo you provide.
How they're made: Everhound portraits are created using AI tools and reviewed by a human for warmth and dignity. We're open about this, never imply hand-painting, and never create disrespectful or "reanimated" imagery.
Your photos: you keep full ownership of every photo you upload. By uploading, you grant Everhound Studio a limited, non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, and create derivative works from your photo solely to produce and deliver your order — nothing else. We never use your photo or your finished portrait in our marketing, ads, or public galleries without your separate written consent.
Photo rights — your promise to us: by uploading any photo, you represent and warrant that you own all rights to it, or that you have obtained all necessary permissions from the copyright owner — including the photographer, if it was professionally taken — and from any identifiable person shown in it, to upload it and to let us create an artistic work from it. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Everhound Studio and its owner from any claim, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from a breach of this promise or any third-party claim relating to content you upload.
Artistic interpretation: your portrait is a custom artistic rendering created from your photo — not a photographic print or exact reproduction. Colors, brushwork, background, and composition are stylized and will differ from the original photo; that's the art. You'll always see a watermarked preview first, with free revisions until it feels right, before anything is final.
Your finished portrait: to the extent any copyright exists in your finished portrait, we assign it to you upon delivery. To the extent any element is not eligible for copyright protection, we grant you a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, print, display, and share it. We claim no ownership over your finished portrait and will never display it publicly without your separate consent.
Age & location: by using this site and placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or using the service with a parent or guardian's involvement and consent). Everhound Studio serves and ships to United States addresses only.
